Lawyer

Law degree from Università degli Studi “Roma TRE” he earned a Post-graduate Diploma of specialization in legal professions at Universita degli Studi “Roma TRE”. His main areas of practice are: business law and M&A, commercial transactions (contracts and corporate governance), finance, real estate and litigation.

He was a visiting lawyer at Moses & Singer LLP - New York (USA) in 2007. In 2009 he worked as judicial clerk at the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County Trial Division — Civil (U.S.). He has participated in the continuing legal education program conducted at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in collaboration with the Temple University School of Law (2009). 

He is also an independent director and judicial liquidator for several companies, even involved in pre-bankruptcy procedures and restructuring.

He is teacher in training courses for companies regarding: Contract Drafting, Business Law, Insolvency Procedures, Credit collection and Right to Privacy.
