Member of the Italian Bar since 2005, she has gained significant experience in the field of corporate compliance, dealing with revision assignments of governance systems, analysis and revision of organisation, management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, prevention, control and monitoring systems in the field of anti-corruption, at national and international level, corruption prevention programmes pursuant to Law 190/2012 and compliance in the field of relations between private and public employees pursuant to Legislative Decree 165/2001.
She holds positions in Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as Chairman or external member, at companies in various sectors, and,in particular, in Life Science. She provides training for company executives in her areas of expertise.
She is a member of the Boards of Directors of companies listed on the Stock Exchange as an independent director and - in this context - chairs or is a member of the internal investigation and control committees (Control and Risk Committees, ESG Sustainability Committees, Related Parties Committees, Remuneration and Appointments Committees).
She has been working for years with Ferraro Ginevra Gualtieri – Studio Internazionale, currently as Of Counsel.
